What if something I need is out of stock?

Sometimes things run out, it actually makes us really sad :(

What if you don’t carry what I’m looking for?

We are constantly working to grow our inventory but if you have something particular in mind send us an email at reedsuppliescanada@gmail.com or call us at 905 581 7180 and we’d be happy to track it down for you.

Do you sell to businesses and institutions?

Do you do bulk pricing for cane?

Yes, please contact us at reedsuppliescanada@gmail.com or call us at 905 581 7180. Bulk pricing is available for 150+ pieces.

Where does the cane come from and who processes it?

All of our cane comes directly from the manufacturer. All processing such as profiling and shaping was done at the manufacturer’s facilities.

PAYMENTS AND RETURNS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Interact, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

 

For PayPal, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused tools, accessories, supplies, and gifts within 30 days of purchase. 

 

We do not allow for returns of cane or reeds unless they have been damaged in transport. 

 

Shipping is non-refundable once a shipping confirmation email has been sent. If Canada Post deems a package non-deliverable, the customer will be notified and given the option to receive a refund (minus the cost of shipping) or to re-ship the package for an additional charge.

Do you have a warranty?

Reed Supplies Canada’s handmade products are subject to a 1 year warranty. We will repair/replace any item that is found to be faulty. 

 

Items Include: 

Drying Racks (5 pin, 10 pin, 15 pin, and lonely tree) 

Reed Cases (all except Aluminum Bassoon Reed Case and, Wooden Bassoon Reed Case) 

Reed Soaker/Tool Holder (all models) 


All other tools/accessories are subject to replacement at our discretion. Please contact us for more information at reedsuppliescanada@gmail.com.

Will I need to pay shipping for returns/warranty replacements?

For  items being returned due to buyer’s remorse the customer is responsible for shipping. 

 

For items being returned to us due to damage or for warranty replacements/repairs Reed Supplies Canada will cover the cost of shipping.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled prior to a shipping confirmation email being sent. After an order has shipped, our normal return and refund policies apply.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

We do our best to ship orders within 48hrs of receiving the order. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive the order as well as a shipping confirmation order with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

 

There may be a short delay in shipping if you've ordered any of our made-to-order products. Current products include: 

  • 15 Pin Drying Rack 
  • Tool Holder/Reed Soaker

When will I receive my package? 

Delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. You can check the estimated delivery time via the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Tiny, Ontario, Canada. 

 

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of items ordered, box size, and shipping destination. At checkout, depending on your shipping address you will have the option to select shipping speed which will also impact the total cost of shipping. 

 

The average cost of shipping within Canada is between $10-$20.

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

For shipping within Canada we use Canada Post. 

 

For international shipments, we will use whatever courier service is cheapest at the time of order. In most cases, international shipments are shipped using Canada Post or DHL. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. 

 

Cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, total weight of the order, and type shipping service selected for your region. 

 

LOCAL PICK-UP

Can I pick-up my order?

Local pick-up is available in Penetanguishene, Ontario. Please email reedsuppliescanada@gmail.com before placing an order to obtain a code for free shipping. After an order is placed, we will reach out via email to set up a time to meet and verify the pick-up address. Pick-up orders are typically ready in 1-2 days. 

Where can I pick-up my order?

 

Local pick-up is avialable in Penetanguishene, Ontario. Please contact us at reedsuppliescanada@gmail.com to recieve a code for free shipping before placing an order.
